Each icon invites the viewer on their own personal journey to discover what they see, and what it means.

Artists and iconographers research the stories and the history of their subjects. Through their art, they strive to provide cues for new understanding, for deeper calls to contemplation.

For although God is ubiquitous—a God who is everywhere and may be encountered anywhere—he is known in the place where his name is invoked, where the weight of his presence is felt, and where his glory is seen.
